Softness and aromas are the main characteristics that intersect in this wine or, translating it into dialect, just incalmà. The king of this wine is the Chardonnay aged a steel. In the glass it gives off a beautiful bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.

The aromas of ripe white fruit such as pear and yellow apple enthrall with an important banana explosion. They then lighten up with non-invasive herbaceous notes.

In the mouth it opens with an expanse of vegetables and rosemary. The Incalmà is a soft and velvety cuddly that ends with the grit of almond. It is persistent and round.

Incalmà likes to support fish first courses, especially those based on shellfish such as spaghetti with clams, but it is also appreciated with flavored or slightly blue cheeses, but without long aging. Excellent as an aperitif.
