Rudry is a Brut sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown on the gravelly soil of Marano Vicentino. The location of the vineyard on this type of soil gives it a very particular identity, made up of unique and important aromas. The minute and persistent perlage testifies to the high quality of fermentation.
AROMA: A scent of fresh fruit, fine and elegant, announces the wine on the nose and accompanies the taster well beyond the first taste.
TASTE: Vast and aromatic, with different fruity notes that intertwine powerfully until they melt into a very pleasant sensation of freshness. The fine bubbles accompany the tasting with grace, without altering the taste.
PAIRING: Perfect as an aperitif, Rudry can also be paired with fish-based dishes, aged cheeses and various types of cold cuts.
