Faliva: synonymous with lightness and freshness like the name itself in Veneto dialect that brings to mind the snowflakes. This wine is produced with only Pinot Grigi grapes and the aging takes place in steel. It comes in a crystalline dress tinged with a pale straw yellow.

Bringing it to the nose, you are greeted by the delicate notes of white flakes, especially acacia and elderberry, shaded by a ripe apricot and a light vanilla.

The minerality and flavor are the masters during the tasting, well balanced by the elegant acidity. Lively with the finish of a shy Acacia honey.

We recommend savoring Faliva with Baccalà alla Vicentina, or combining it with first courses based on wild herbs and vegetable appetizers.
