Giaron

Head of our production, Giaron is a bright red wine, velvety and spicy.
It is made up of 30% Merlot and 70% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, partly grown on that draining soil that has inspired its name. Barricaded for twelve months in small oak barrels, the wine acquires a strong structure while remaining limpid and soft.

AROMA:
It emanates a rich and intense aroma, with sweet scents of red fruits accompanied by a spicy note.

FLAVOR:
The combination of two international grape varieties gives Giaron a robust and distinctive flavour, with spicy notes being released on the finish to increase its persistence. It is however a very harmonious wine, soft and enveloping on the palate, which leaves a pleasant velvety sensation behind.

PAIRINGS:
This wine loves aged cheeses and aromatic meats, such as game and roasts.
