Faliva is distinguished by a delicate hint of white flowers, recalling the acacia blossoming on the finish.

FLAVOR:
Acidity and softness balance each other in the structure of this Pinot Grigio, pervading the palate with pleasant and persistent floral notes.

PAIRINGS:
Faliva pairs well with various starters, particularly cold cuts. White meats and fish dishes are also excellent combinations, but our first recommendation is to try it with "baccalà alla vicentin" (creamy codfish - Vicenza style).
