BIO certification from 2016

The certification of organic wine is a central point for us.
The Green Leaf icon testifies to the product's quality and genuineness, guaranteeing the consumer about the origin of their drink. Ever since 2016 it is found on the label of all our wines.
To be entitled to stand as organic, a wine must be obtained solely from organic grapes, cultivated without employing synthetic chemical agents. It is also required to limit the amount of sulfites used in vinification. Our wines are preserved over time thanks to the richness and balance of their natural composition.

Our Vineyards

Our wine is produced with grapes grown in the territory of Marano Vicentino and Montecchio Maggiore in Vicenza.
The piece of land located in Montecchio Maggiore is characterized by a heavy clay soil. Here we grow red grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
The plants in Marano Vicentino sit on a more difficult but unique land, with only 40 cm of fertile soil to cover a thick layer of gravel. Here we mainly grow white grapes: Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay and also grow red grapes: Merlot.

On both areas we adopt pruning practices that aim to achieve the highest production quality.
